On our online store, we accept most of the credit and debit card as well as PayPal.
There may be times when the product ordered is out-of-stock, or is in the curing process, which will delay filling orders. We will inform you of any products that are unavailable for immediate shipment.
Taxes are not included in the purchase price and will be added to the total value of the order if applicable.
Our standard shipping procedure uses UPS or USPS to the United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
In some instances, there may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship. If additional shipping charges are applicable, you will be contacted by a customer service associate informing you of the additional charges before being processed. Orders are shipped via the method you choose at check out Monday- Friday. Orders placed on Holiday Schedule Closing will be fulfilled the following business day.

Our normal lead time for shipping orders is 10 business days from the time we process payment, however depending on out of stock items, your order may take longer.
In the event that our customer's address is located in our neighborhood, we may occasionally choose to deliver Soaps and Body care to offer a faster delivery.
Special delivery arrangements can be made for special orders, such as large orders for baby shower, weddings or corporate events, if the event is local, within a 35 mile range.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage. Please contact us via email [email protected]with photographic evidence of the damage. Thank you.
